The Moody Museum invites all local veterans and/or their families to create shadow boxes telling of their military experience. These boxes will be put on display in the museum along with other military artifacts.

There will be a short outdoor program starting at 2 p.m.. weather permitting, and then the museum will be open for visitors to browse through the veterans displays. Light refreshments will be served.

Gov. Dan Moody was himself a veteran and to honor his service and that of all other veterans and active military this event is held annually.
